This problem of dogs at large in rural areas seems to never go away in this community. I see more very aggressive and unpredictable breeds being allowed to run loose. The authorities will not enforce the bylaws unless someone has been attacked by one of these animals. Soon your children will be walking to or catching a bus to school. Please take the time to ensure your children won't encounter one or a pack of these dogs.
