WASHINGTON _ The Team Canada Olympic jersey is in the spotlight again. White House press secretary Robert Gibbs wore Team Canada's colours during his daily briefing Friday after losing a bet to Dimitri Soudas, spokesman for Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
