Nearly 15,000 UFO sightings in Canada

By The Canadian Press

WINNIPEG - The truth is out there.

And for those who believe in aliens, a new report is out there too.

A Winnipeg group called Ufology Research has compiled and analyzed reported UFO sightings across Canada over the last 25 years.

It says almost 15,000 celestial oddities have been spotted since the group started collecting data in 1989.

One of its Top 10 strangest sightings came from a woman in Montreal in 1977.

She said she spotted a flying saucer land on a roof across from her home along with — quote — "two spindly creatures in tight-fitting suits."

The creatures and their ship then disappeared.

The report lists the cities with the most sightings as Toronto, Winnipeg and Vancouver.
