Duties involve preparation of the Sunday bulletin and PowerPoint for Sunday services; making appointments and checking messages; answering email enquiries; and typing correspondence as required. Attend a monthly Council meeting to take minutes and prepare them for circulation. Bookkeeping to trial balance to include posting of donation receipts, preparing cheques, payroll, bank reconciliation and monthly financial statements.
